On Tuesday June 2nd , I had my regular session of yoga for refugee women, in partnership with Women of Hope, held in the Quaker Meeting House in Selly Oak, Birmingham. It is so rewarding to bring something positive into the lives of all these women who have suffered so much, and for them to feel loved and valued.
