Young Women's Speech Contest in Central London
July was a memorable month for WFWP Central London, with the Young Women's Speech Contest as our main activity. We welcomed seven inspiring young women, who each delivered thoughtful and heartfelt speeches on the theme of feminine leadership. Their unique perspectives, personal experiences, and passion for creating positive change made the event both meaningful and uplifting. Yoga for Refugee Women
On Tuesday June 2nd , I had my regular session of yoga for refugee women, in partnership with Women of Hope, held in the Quaker Meeting House in Selly Oak, Birmingham. It is so rewarding to bring something positive into the lives of all these women who have suffered so much, and for them to feel loved and valued. I am so grateful I can offer this service on behalf of our Women's Federation.

Health Club
On May 7th, we held a regular Health Club meeting for our ladies. Around 35 guests attended, many of them new and young faces! Patricia gave a chair yoga session, and received a lot of positive feedback. Afterwards we enjoyed Velimira's talk about 'going beyond our comfort zone'.
