Yoga for Refugee Women
On Tuesday June 2nd , I had my regular session of yoga for refugee women, in partnership with Women of Hope, held in the Quaker Meeting House in Selly Oak, Birmingham. It is so rewarding to bring something positive into the lives of all these women who have suffered so much, and for them to feel loved and valued. I am so grateful I can offer this service on behalf of our Women's Federation.

Health Club
On May 7th, we held a regular Health Club meeting for our ladies. Around 35 guests attended, many of them new and young faces! Patricia gave a chair yoga session, and received a lot of positive feedback. Afterwards we enjoyed Velimira's talk about 'going beyond our comfort zone'. Sacred Feminine Goddess Circle
The Sacred Feminine Goddess Circle was an online meditation and well-being session organised by Women’s Federation for World Peace Central London as part of its Women Empowerment Circle (WEC) programme. Peace Studies Evening
On Tuesday April 21st, we held a Principles of Peace study evening, attended by over 60 people from a wide variety of religious and cultural backgrounds, including Muslim, Christian and Sikh leaders, as well as those from the grassroots which included some refugees and asylum seekers.
