On Tuesday June 2nd , I had my regular session of yoga for refugee women, in partnership with Women of Hope, held in the Quaker Meeting House in Selly Oak, Birmingham. It is so rewarding to bring something positive into the lives of all these women who have suffered so much, and for them to feel loved and valued. I am so grateful I can offer this service on behalf of our Women's Federation.

I have been working in partnership with Women of Hope in Birmingham for quite some time, especially giving disadvantaged women the opportunity to learn and practice their craft skills. On November 21st , I was invited to offer a session of yoga at the Friends Meeting House in Selly Oak, which about 40 women attended. Once a month, in partnership with a women's organisation, Women of Hope, I do some craft activities with refugee women. It really helps them to feel their value, creating something together. On October 15th, around 40 of us had so much fun, making beautiful cards, which can be used for birthdays and other occasions. It is such a joyful experience, sharing our heart with one another. I always look forward to spending time with these wonderful women.
