Teaching Yoga for Refugee and Disadvantaged Women
I have been working in partnership with Women of Hope in Birmingham for quite some time, especially giving disadvantaged women the opportunity to learn and practice their craft skills. Craft activities with refugee women
Once a month, in partnership with a women's organisation, Women of Hope, I do some craft activities with refugee women. It really helps them to feel their value, creating something together. On October 15th, around 40 of us had so much fun, making beautiful cards, which can be used for birthdays and other occasions. It is such a joyful experience, sharing our heart with one another. I always look forward to spending time with these wonderful women.
