People chatted over healthy snacks and networked, discussing future plans and meetings, especially the Christmas party and next Empowerment Event in January date and venue. Date: December 5th, 2025.

Once a month, in partnership with a women's organisation, Women of Hope, I do some craft activities with refugee women. It really helps them to feel their value, creating something together. On October 15th, around 40 of us had so much fun, making beautiful cards, which can be used for birthdays and other occasions. It is such a joyful experience, sharing our heart with one another. I always look forward to spending time with these wonderful women.

On Friday October 17th, 33 women from all faiths, cultures, races and social backgrounds, came together for our WFWP Health Club. Harjinder, a professional yoga teacher from Walsall, gave us such a beautiful yoga session, which everyone said they really enjoyed and benefited from.
