Craft Activities with Migrant Help

I was invited by a good friend of mine, Samira, who is responsible for Migrant Help in Birmingham, to come and teach some craft activities to young women who have come here as refugees.

I brought many cards, scissors, glue and craft items, and all the women made beautiful greetings and Christmas cards of their own. They were very creative, and could get a lot of satisfaction through this activity together. There was a very nice feeling of friendship and togetherness amongst all of us. I have been invited to continue the partnership, and organise more workshops with them in the future.
